A Message from John

If you are one of those who has started or runs a business, you have my respect. For you, we exist to make your journey easier.

My big company background has been incredibly useful. I can now throw names around like Unilever, PwC, Prudential and many more. 20 years of studying, planning and delivering change that was expected to be globally dominant has given me some rare insights. For example, leading projects to make £14bn in 5 years wasn't easy.

However, having got tired of the competitive negativity, I started helping others instead.

***A Note on Rowing***
​
I started rowing at University and thoroughly enjoyed the skulls (singles), fours and eights.
Starting out we didn't really row in time, some people leant horribly to one side, others splashed water everywhere.
In contrast, it felt so good when the team had learnt to row well - the boat sliced through the water, the teamwork was palpable, and we won races.
The principles are just the same in business!
